What shipping options do you offer?
All orders are sent by Standard Shipping using USPS.
If you would like to expedite your package, we also offer EXPRESS and PRIORITY shipping options.
How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
Free shipping is offered on orders $75 and more unless EXPRESS or PRIORITY shipping options have been chosen.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed you can access the tracking number from your account page. You will receive a tracking code which you can then use to get a status on your package on the USPS tracking site.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to arrive to its final destination!
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping. We are only offering shipping to the U.S. at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
We now offer returns or exchanges for both online orders and in store purchases!
Online Orders:
Online orders are allowed up to 10 days after the item(s) has been received by the customer. This allows for 5 days to send in a return request via email and 5 days for us at Pink Dahlia Boutique to receive the item(s) after the return has been approved. Please email shoppinkdahliaboutique@gmail.com to get your return request approved. Again, the return must be started & approved within 5 days of the delivery date. Any returns that did not meet the return window or ones that were unapproved will not be accepted and the customer will be billed for any shipping costs to send the item back.
Once your item has been approved, you will receive our return address. We are NOT responsible for any unapproved returns mailed to an invalid address. The customer will be responsible for covering any shipping fees for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued after we received your returned item.
In Store Purchases:
In Store purchases will be allowed up to 8 days to return the item(s) for store credit or exchange for a different product. ONLY STORE CREDIT REFUNDS ARE OFFERED AT THIS TIME.
Please note the following exceptions to our Return & Exchange Policy:
- Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout is completed.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. This includes but is not limited to accessories, shoes, bodysuits, select giftware, Warmies, holiday items, and discounted items.
- Store Pickup items that have been held for more than 14 days are no longer eligible for returns or exchanges.
- All items being returned must have the original tags still attached and be within the original packaging along with the receipt! Items will not be accepted if there is any sign of wear including stains, odors, deodorant, etc!
